Sthira Yoga class, will allow you to relax your whole body and muscles with a lot of different stretching techniques and positions.
But also breathing yoga, that helps and improve physical and mental health.
Some classes are also conducted outdoors, to connect deeply with nature and enjoy the serotonin provided by the sun!
You will also learn about meditation with singing bowls.

Following up with another Yoga class that will also feature meditation with singing bowls.
This class will teach about gentle yoga as well as cooking seasonal vegetables and soulful lunch
The good thing about yoga is that it is a beginner-friendly activity. You don't need to have specific aptitude.
Everything can be learned over practicing regularly and stretching.
It is a mental and internal oriented yoga class,
