Icheon is popular for this specific rice dish called ‘ssalbap’. 🍚 Ssalbap is not your basic rice dish,
as it has a different look and fragrance. This is due to the fact that rice, ginseng, jujube, pine nuts,
and other cereals are added to a stone pot and cooked together. 😋
The resulted product is a clean and transparent color, yet very sticky rice.

There are currently around 80 pottery factories and 300 pottery kilns at the village
where you can watch pottery being made! 😲
You can get a mix of modern pottery as well as traditional designs here, and if you want to know even more,
you can explore the Haegang Ceramics Art Center! 🎨
Every year, this village hosts the “Icheon Ceramics Festival,”
