Aegibong Peace Ecopark
Located in the only South-North Free-zone in Korea, Aegibong Peace Ecopark is a symbolic place representing peace and
Legend says that a kisaeng (female entertainer during the old times) named Aegi longed for the Pyeongan ruler,
who didnโt survive the Qing Invasion of Joseon, until the moment of her death. The peak was named Aegibong Peak to express the
mourning and sorrow of families who got separated from the Korean War.
Gimpo International Sculpture Park
Established in 1998, it was created in collaboration with world-renowned artists such as Giovanni Anselmoto convey the message of peaceful unification to the world through sculptural works.Following the concept of creating art space integrated into the natural beauty of nature, we place the utmost importance
on natural preservation while installing works that harmonize with the environment since their conception.
Hence, the Gimpo International Sculpture Parks strives to create an ideal natural art space where works of art interact with
the general public thereby achieving the perfect harmony of nature, art, and people.
Gimpo La Veniche
It is an outdoor shopping complex with a layout inspired by the canals of Venice. Spread over several buildings,
the complex continued to open in stages up to 2020. It will give the feeling of being in Italy. Itโs possible to go on small boats on
the canal and enjoy a fun or romantic time.
