Magnolia in Korean is 목련 Mognyeon. Magnolias usually bloom mid to late April.
They’re growing all around Korea. Seoul forest is highly recommended to visit to see the beautiful flowers.
Forsythia in Korean is 개나리 Gaenari. An absolute perfect spot to see them in Seoul is Eungbongsan Mountain.
The mountain gets almost completely covered with the beautiful, yellow flower.
It’s located about 900 m from Eungbong Station exit 1.

Azaleas in Korean is 진달래 Jindallae. Very close to Seoul, in Bucheon-si, there you’ll find another flower covered mountain called
Wonmisan Mountain. It’s all in pink and purple from azaleas and cherry blossom trees.
