Hantangang River meandering through Yeoncheon creates picturesque painting-likeย
landscapes in its path. In there you can see many waterfalls like:

๐ปYeoncheon History Park: Archaeological Site ๐ป ย ย
The Archaeological Site in Jeongok-ri (Historic Site No. 268) is a world-class Paleolithic siteย
where the fist ax was found for the first time in East Asia.ย
The center of the prehistoric park boasts a wide lawn where visitors canย
freely enter and enjoy nature. Prehistoric sculptures are installed throughout the park,ย
offering visitors photo zones and things to see.
ย Since the Jeongok Prehistory Museum and Prehistoric Experience Village are connected toย
each other through the park trail, it is a leading historical and cultural park whereย
children can benefit from education, experience, and a stroll through the park.ย
๐จ DMZ Art House ๐จย
The newly built DMZ Art House, which was created as part of the DMZ Culture and Artsย
Enthusiasm Project, will hold exhibitions of artists working in Cheorwon.ย
Cheorwon DMZ Art House special exhibitionis displayed differently every month.
Although it is not large in scale, it includes a viewing of the art exhibition.
It's a great place to visit with your kids because you can experience it all.
๐Apple Picking๐
When autumn comes, apples are aplenty, so itโs the right time to go to an apple orchardย
for some nice, sweet, crunchy Korean apples.
Fruit in Korea are usually sweeter than in other parts of the world.
Also, the apple orchard is a really cute photo spot.
They have a lot of cute photo zones prepared for their visitors.
