Everland operates rain or shine. Some outdoor rides may pause, but shuttle and private car services operate as scheduled. We will notify you separately for severe weather such as typhoons or heavy rain.
Child pricing is usually discounted compared with adult pricing. Infants under 36 months may enter free of charge, but shuttle or private car seats may require separate confirmation.
The sample policy is 100% refund until 7 days before the visit, 50% refund until 3 days before the visit, and non-refundable afterward. Final conditions may vary by product, and private car quotes are confirmed separately.
After payment is completed, your mobile voucher is sent by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. No printing is required; show the QR code at the gate.
Shuttle service is planned around major Seoul pickup points, with selected Gyeonggi, Incheon, and regional routes. Some routes may operate only on weekends or require phone confirmation, so please check the final product page.
